Tel Aviv, Aug 19: Herzliya Friends Israel organised Loyola Israel Premier League 2017 and Loyola Israel Voice of India 2017 at Luna Park Tel Aviv on August 5.
J M J Honnavar beat New Star in the men’s category and Sri Lioness beat Mother Mary in the women’s category to emerge champions of Loyola IPL - 2017. Samson won the grand finale of Loyola Israel Voice of India - 2017.
As many as 12 teams participated in the sports and games event which was organized for the fifth successive year by Herzliya Friends.
In the other games, Jerusalem Star were the Volley Ball champions beating Friends. Angels beat Zeros to win Throw Ball. Xavier D’Souza won Pot Breaker and Baby Michael won the kids’ games.

The singing contest was organised for the first time. As many as 12 finalists contested in the grand finale of ‘Loyola Israel Voice of India-2017’. They were Savita D’Souza, Mangaluru; Teena D’Silva, Goa; Roshan Miranda, Honnavar; Philip Pradeep D’Silva, Chikkamagaluru; Pinky Dias, Honnavar; Sony Fernandes, Honnavar; Samson Gonsalves, Honnavar; Denzil Serrao, Mumbai; Denzil Lopes, Honnavar; Pascal Fernandes, Honnavar; Clarence Fernandes, Byndoor and Roshan, Barkur.

The grand finale was judged by Leora and Ram Kumar along with Fr Santhosh Lobo. Leonard Fernandes compered the contest.
The entire event ended with the vote of thanks from Anil Fernandes Paladka who is the organiser of both the events for Herzliya Friends Israel.
