Daijiworld Media Network – Muscat (EP)

Muscat, Aug 1: 'Biruva Javaner Muscat', a group of youth here showed how social network sites could be used for social work. In siutations where Whatsapp use corrupts the mind, the like minded youth created a Whatsapp group, added some more youth to it and sowed pro-society thinking into it. They achieved in Whatsapp group what is difficult elsewhere.

They held a blood donation camp, which was termed the greatest of all donations as part of the day of Oman Renaissance and India's independence day.

Biruva Javaner Muscat Whatsapp group had the honour of making more than 60 young men participate in the blood donation camp held on July 21. The blood donation camp was held at the Gala Health Center. Billava men have spread the shadow of goodness of Tulunadu in the Gulf.

This was an amazing initiative done by Biruwar Jawaner Muscat (Oman) team. The youth are looking into changing the mindset of the community. Their main aim is to bring about togetherness and oneness among the people. Their future projects would look into helping people around and supporting the coming generation where education and knowledge is concern. They believe in self practice which would help the future generation to learn - what compassion and humanity is. At the present world this is very essential. The use of social media is being used for the good and bringing in positivity towards the community and helping in world peace.
