Daijiworld Media Network - Mangaluru (SP)

Mangaluru, Jul 29: District convener of Hindu Jagran Vedike, Ratnakar Shetty, who has been named as an accused relating to disturbances at Kalladka, and who was being treated in a private hospital at Puttur since the last about six weeks, was again admitted into the government Wenlock Hospital in the city by the police personnel on Friday July 28 morning.

The police had got Shetty discharged from the said private hospital at Puttur on Thursday and taken him into custody. Thereafter, he was led to the town police station here. They attended to paper work to meet legal procedure and were readying to produce Shetty at the residence of the magistrate at night. Before doing so, they had got health check of Shetty done at the government hospital here.

As Shetty was found to be suffering from high blood pressure, he was immediately admitted into the same hospital for treatment. On Friday morning, Shetty was taken to Wenlock Hospital where his blood pressure was found to be unusually high. As the doctors found some issues relating to functioning of his heart, he was admitted for treatment there, it is gathered.

Ratnakar Shetty was bringing some medicines on June 13 when Khaleel and his associates had reportedly attacked and injured him with a knife. After both sides filed complaints against each other, the police had registered attempt to murder case under section 308 of Indian Penal Code. As Shetty failed to procure anticipatory bail, he was taken into custody on Thursday. Police circle inspector, M S Prakash, said that the accused was produced in the court and as per the court order, he has been admitted into Wenlock Hospital under police supervision for five days.

In the past former BJP CM Yeddyurappa who was on bail from jail in denotification and mining kickback cases. He also has also admitted with cardiac arrest but ever since was on bail he is certified health to take BJP CM position in Karnataka.
Now even common rowdies to fanatic group learn to exploit the weakness in our justice system by voluntarily admitting them to hospital in the false pretext.
When he escaped from the hospital in the past till got arrested he was no medical history of admission. Use his own disease as excuse and finish this case for ever.
If there is still prevails this one man is enough to spill the can of worms which associates link with fanatic elements.
But I doubt the soft Hindutva approach of our coastal Congress leaders colluding with sangh parivar will making it happen.
It once again mockery of our law and order and justice system. We Indians know only have faith in God for Justice.

It is just like the following:

A person goes to hospital to see his friend involved in crime and asks him why he is still in the hospital, since he looks fine. The friend says, "My doctor son says to get discharge, but advocate son says to remain".
