Will support BJP in both houses of Parliament: JD(U)

Patna, Jul 27 (PTI): The JD(U) today announced that it will support the BJP-led NDA government in both the houses of Parliament, shortly after Nitish Kumar was sworn in as Bihar's chief minister.

JD(U)'s national spokesperson K C Tyagi also hit out at the Congress saying it does not have any credibility and accused it of not being serious about fighting corruption.

"We will support the BJP-led NDA government in both houses of Parliament," he told reporters here.
Tyagi said, "The Congress was neither serious about fighting corruption nor about any opposition bloc. It was a blunder on our part to trust the Congress, which does not have any credibility."

Asked whether the JD(U) will join the Modi government, he said, "It is for the party leadership to decide. Let our party president and senior BJP leaders discuss the matter. Only after that we can make a comment on it."

Hitting back at Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi, the JD(U) spokesperson accused him of "not being serious" in fighting corruption.

The JD(U)'s comment came after Rahul Gandhi lashed out at Kumar accusing him of acting for "selfish political motives" and going back to the BJP even as Bihar had given an "anti- communal" mandate.

"The difference between Nitish Kumar and Rahul Gandhi is that Nitish Kumar does not want to compromise on corruption but Rahul Gandhi has compromised on it. Rahul Gandhi is not serious in fighting corruption, he is only interested in making tall claims but does not follow what he says," the JD (U) leader said.

"The Congress has compromised on corruption and that is why it is facing such a situation today. It wants the JD(U) to compromise on corruption and face a similar situation. But we will never ever compromise with corruption," Tyagi said.

    Personal opinion :
Nitish Kumar seems to have made the biggest political blunder of his career by joining hands with the BJP again which is a heavy weight in national politics today compared to the JD(U). The Modi-Shah combine in months to come will gradually take over the Bihar assembly in their usual style. Many JD(U) MLAs could cross over to the BJP in search of greener pastures. The Modi-Shah combine along with Nagpur group will make political chutney of Nitish Kumar's career and relegate him to the sidelines of Indian politics like what happened to L K Advani. Even if Nitish Kumar joins the BJP he still does not have much of a political future .
Only way for Nitish Kumar to keep his political career afloat and pointing upwards is to leave the BJP again at the opportune moment once his interest is served that too with total secrecy giving the BJP a dose of their own medicine in the process.

A traitor will never be trusted either by the people he has left or by the people he has joined hands with. There will always be a lingering suspicion with the people he has joined that one day he could leave them too.
In times of battle too a traitor is considered more dangerous and a greater threat than the enemy/opposition itself.
A traitor ends up being 'na ghar ka na ghat ka'.

Modiji, is good, great, supreme, able, fantastic, daring, tit for tat ............ all the credibility will be confirmed only after assessing all the achievements /developments brought in Indian economy, not forgetting price comparison of commodities, fuel, gas cost, demonetization effect on Real estate, Currency strength, how Kashmir issue and China border standoff is resolved. People want some relief on day to day cost of things and better life. Hope that all the promises/commitments will be fulfilled. Good luck.

When Kejriwal resigned as Delhi CM because of Congress interrupting him in fight against corruption, he was called a 'Bhagoda'.

Now, Nitish Kumar resigns as Bihar CM because of RJD interrupting him in fight against corruption, he is being congratulated as a man of principle.

This is the power of paid media...sorry MODIA, they can even convince you to believe that a riots mastermind and lynchers are saints.

Being the single largest party Lalu would have surely demanded CM post for his son in the coming days. So conducted some CBI raids to prove to the world that he is against corruption and saved his CM chair also. Ek teer Do shikaar.. Kursi also saved and created a image that he is against corruption.
It was neither secularism then nor corruption now. Its just opportunism.
Anyways waiting to hear some fire crackers in Pakistan as told by Amit Shah during Bihar elections

JDU with NDA & JDU with RJD and JDU with NDA again.
We dont know when he will change his mind and jump to another part again. He is just a opportunist politician and he was scared and feeling unsecure from the young politician Tejaswi Yadav.
