Puttur, Jul 26 (IANS): National Service Scheme of St Philomena College organized an orientation programme on July 22 at the Prerana seminar hall of the college. The former NSS programme coordinator and HoD of History of the college, professor Subair participated as the resource person. He said, "National Service Scheme has a vital role to play in personality development of the students."
The principal professor Leo Noronha presided over the programme.
NSS programme coordinators Madhusudana N and Prashanthi N coordinated the programme.
NSS unit leader Shreesha Prasad was present on the occasion. Chaithra welcomed the gathering. Harinakshi proposed the vote of thanks. Smitha compered the programme.
