Mangaluru: ICYM city deanery celebrates 25 years with silver jubilee programme

Mangaluru, Jul 22: ICYM city deanery celebrated 25 years of its existence with a Silver Jubilee Programme on July 16, at Angelore Church hall. Fr Victor Machado, dean of the city deanery presided over the function.

The programme started with a divine invocation. Guests were welcomed with floral bouquets.

Fr Victor inaugrated the Silver Jubilee logo and addressing the gathering said, "At this critical juncture, all the youngsters should join their hands in building a noble society."


    










Fr Ronald D'Souza appealed to the youth to work towards building a peaceful society.

Deanery director conveyed good wishes and assured encourgement to the future ventures of the youth.

Deanery secretary Veena Vas proposed the vote of thanks. Elvin Fernandes Bondel compered the programme. More than 190 youngsters of the city deanery witnessed the programme.

ICYM city deanery director Fr Anil D'Mello, ICYM central council director Fr Ronald D'Souza, ICYM central council president Elroy Saldanha , ICYM city deanery president Raison Ferrao, and secretary Veena Vas were present on occasion.
