Minor reshuffle in Delhi Cabinet, Sisodia gets tourism


New Delhi, July 20 (IANS): In a minor reshuffle in the Delhi Council of Ministers, Deputy Chief Minister and Education Minister Manish Sisodia was on Thursday given the additional charge of the Tourism Department.

Sisodia got the additional charge from Social Welfare Minister Rajendra Pal Gautam, who was handed the additional charge of Registrar of Cooperative Societies. 

"Manish Sisodia has been given additional charge of Tourism, Art and Culture Department as the Delhi government now has its key focus on tourism," Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's Media Adviser Nagendra Sharma said. 

The Revenue Department, handled by Sisodia till date, has now been handed over to Kailash Gahlot, handling the law and transport portfolio.
