Mangaluru: ICYM Neermarga holds 'Yuva Milan'

Mangaluru, Jul 20: The Neermarga unit of ICYM organised 'Yuva Milan' on Sunday, July 9.

The programme commenced with a short prayer service by unit members.

The event was inaugurated by planting a plant. Fr Anil D’Mello presided over the function and in his address encouraged the youth to exhibit their talents and make use of the opportunities given to them.

The chief guest Prakash Pereira, vice president of Parish Pastoral Parishad, encouraged the youth with his motivating words and wished them all success while sharing his thoughts.


    








































































Secretary of Parish Pastoral Parishad was present on the dais along with Br Stany and ICYM animators Sunil Pereira and Sujith Sequeira.

A funfilled program with games, group discussion, ice-breaking session was conducted by Joel Concessao, general secretary ICYM Mangaluru diocese.

President of ICYM neermarga unit, Ivan D’Souza welcomed the gathering. Secretary Sapna Gonsalves proposed the vote of thanks. Rickson Lasrado compered the programme.

Around 80 youth of the parish actively participated in the event.
