Mangaluru, Jul 19: Vijayakumar Kodialbail's Tulu drama 'Oriyardori Asal' gave a new lease of life to Coastalwood. The blockbuster is now being remade in Marathi and Vijayakumar is all set to display his talent.

The film will be produced in Marathi under Kumar International banner. Kumar N Bangera will produce and direct the film.

The story, script and dialogues are by Vijayakumar. Meanwhile, 'Ajjer' Tulu drama, which was presented 250 times will also be seen as a film in Marathi. It is a matter of pride that two of Vijayakumar's films are being remade in Marathi. The songs for the Marathi versions of 'Ajjer' and 'Oriyardori Asal' were recorded in Mumbai recently.

Vijayakumar had made a film out of his superhit drama 'Madime'. The film will hit the screens in September. Vijayakumar has written the script, story and dialogues for this film too. He had thought of bringing out the film in Marathi within a week of its release in Coastalwood. But it was not possible due to several reasons. However, he remade it in Marathi later.
