Kerala: BJP youth leader caught with fake currency machine becomes butt of jokes

Thrissur, Jun 23: A BJP youth leader who has been arrested for operating a counterfeit currency racket in Thrissur has become the butt of jokes on social media.

Interestingly, the Yuva Morcha leader has earlier campaigned against black money.

Rajesh Erachery, a leader in Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM), the youth wing of BJP, was arrested from his home in Srinarayanapuram, with counterfeit notes amounting to Rs 1.5 lac, along with ink and machinery used to print the fake currency.

Campaign against black money

"Money? Not an issue for me"

"When there was a shortage of notes in the country, my leader printed a few. Ask why? Love for the nation. That's why."

"Shortage in currency notes doesn't affect him, he just prints them at home without going to any scoundrel banks."

According to the police, Rajesh and his brother Rajeev printed notes in denominations of Rs 2000, Rs 500, Rs 50 and Rs 20. They designed the currency on the computer and printed the same on an A4 bonded paper and cut it to the correct size. They usually tried to use the fake currency during bulk transactions.

However, the police put Rajesh on surveillance when they received complaints that fake currency was used by him in bars and petrol bunks.

“Both the brothers are an embarrassment for the party and have been expelled on the orders of state party Chief Kummanam Rajasekharan,” said BJP Thrissur District President A Nagesh to the media persons.

While Rajesh is arrested, Rajeev is absconding.

Meanwhile, the poster carrying Rajesh’s photo in a campaign against black money by BJP has become a butt of all jokes and is being widely shared on social media along with memes.

Fake currency printing is not a crime. BJP and its gang trying to improve our economy and please refer our history too. They should not arrest them. Put garland and must give " Bharatha Ratna" award.

Who should be arrested? If a person takes his cow to veterinary Doctor and if that person is not BJP gang member, then it is a crime and beat to death and if not died, ask the police to arrest.

PM Modi was talking about " start up enterprises by the thousands in India" this is one of them which can be started at home. Also, it will reduce the rush and queue at the Banks. More advanced note printing machines may be arriving from Switzerland along with the plane load of black money. How many aachi din, we need a computer to enter the aachi din days.

This is real face of BJP. These BJP don't practice Hinduism, they don't do yoga. Had they done as they preach they would have been very tolerant, secular, peace loving people as all these are qualities of real Hindus and the benefits of doing yoga. But they are exactly the opposite.
