ICC conducts 'Yoga For Health and Wellbeing'workshop

Doha, Jun 22: In commemoration of third International Yoga Day, ICC organised a 'Yoga For Health and Wellbeing' workshop for its members.

The programme was inaugurated by ICC CO and counsellor - Indian Embassy, Rajesh Kamble. ICC president, Milan Arun welcomed the yoga enthusiasts and expressed how ICC is keen to reach out to the registered members of ICC and this was one such initiative.

This well attended yoga workshop for the ICC members was tutored by ICC yoga master P B Shine. The highlight of the workshop was a demonstration of various techniques of yoga to take care of modern ailments such as high blood pressure, stress, cardiovascular related ailments, diabetes, obesity, backache etc.



The whole programme was coordinated by K S Prasad, head of membership and consular services, ICC and supported by Dr Nayana Wagh, head of education. Anjan Ganguli, head of in-house activities, ICC compered the programme.
