Udupi: Girl student seriously injured after hit by speeding car

Udupi, Jun 16: A speeding car hit a girl student injuring her seriously on Kinnimulki national highway on Thurdsay, June 16.

Ashmitha of MGM college is the student. The car was going towards Ambalpady. Ashmitha was going to her home when the incident took place. The car crashed into her and into a divider. The car almost hit a bike before it came to a screeching halt.

Police have examined the CCTV footage and said that the accident was due to the reckless driving of the car driver.
