Mangaluru: LG India MD Ki-Wan Kim visits Malaika showroom at Chilimbi

Mangaluru, Jun 8: The Malaika LG showroom at Chilimbi here had a special guest on Thursday June 7, in the form of Ki-Wan Kim, the India managing director of South Korean electronic major LG Electronics.

Manoj Mohandas, regional manager, LG, Avinash Mishra, area manager, LG, Santhosh, zonal trainer, LG accompanied Ki-Wan.

After visiting the showroom, Ki-Wan Kim sought details on sale, marketing, and the flow of customers from the chairman and regional heads. He lauded the setting of spacious and clean showroom and its display system. He expressed satisfaction on the performance of Malaika In the sale of LG products and the friendly buying attitude of Mangalurean towards LG brands.

Later Ki-Wan Kim was felicitated by Gilbert Baptist, chairman of Malaika, with the traditional Peta, shawl, garland and fruits.

Sayyed Jafar,LG Mangaluru branch manager, Reena, operational head of Malaika, Amogh Nayak, administrative head of Malaika, and Gangadhar, branch manager of Malaika LG Shoppie were present.

Mangaluru constitutes 29% of the sale of LG products in India. Over the last 3 years, Malaika has engaged in the sale of LG products at its exclusive LG showroom at Chilimbi.

In Dakshina Kannada, apart from Chilimbi, Malaika has its showrooms in Bendorewell, Thokkottu, BC Road and Puttur. A new branch at Vittal is expected soon.
