Congratulations to Fr. D'Mello on the occasion of being appointed as the Judicial vicar. Having known and followed your growth from the days of parish priest of Mukka church, I feel that you are the right priest for this post. I am very confident that you will succeed in this new challenge and wish you all the best.

Congratulations to Fr. Walter D'Mello on being appointed as the Judicial Vicar. I had the opportunity of sitting with him side by side in the class room and working with him when he was in the parish.

I Wish him all the best and hope he will discharge his judicial duties and responsibilities in an admirable manner without any fear or favour.
I feel he is right priest to this post.
    Congratulations once again
