Mangaluru to get new commercial centre: Foundation laid for Marian Paradise Plaza

Mangaluru, May 14: The foundation laying ceremony for Marian Paradise Ventures' next project, 'Marian Paradise Plaza' located along Jyothi-Bunts Hostel road here, was held on Sunday May 14.

President of CREDAI D B Mehta, former president of CREDAI Pushparaj Jain, Madhukar, Praveen and Manjari Saldanha, Dr K V Shenoy, Mohan Amin, Deepak Ramani, Lakshmish Bhandary, Jossy D'Souza, Louis Pinto, Dane D'Souza, Anand Mathais, Lancy Patrao, Rajini Patrao, Rudolph Lobo, Vijayalaxmi Shenoy,  Dr Prashanth Shenoy and Subraya Pai of Bharat Beedi Works were present on the occasion.

Marian Paradise Plaza is a beautifully designed premium commercial complex near Bunts Hostel next to PSR Silks. This complex is designed to provide the best experience for prospective clientele with modern Architecture, eco friendly techniques, fire fighting facilities, as well as designed electro mechanical services. It will have shops ranging from 500 sq ft to 1,645 sq ft.

The complex consists of ground plus three floors, with two basements for ample parking space. It will be backed up by generator and a lift providing best convenience to the shop owners and customers. The central location of the complex also makes it an ideal place for all kinds of professional services like clinics, lawyers, banks, showrooms, etc.

Marian Paradise Plaza is a project promoted by Marain Paradise Ventures, a partnership firm with Avalon Patrao, Arvind Shenoy, Naveen Cardoza and Ujwal D’Souza as its partners. The land owners of this project are M Narasimha Pai, Srinivas Pai M and Sudhir Pai M.

Marian Paradise ventures have very recently completed a similar project named Marian Paradise Avenue at Nanthoor, Bikarnakatte, abutting National Highway 73, and will be soon launching a Residential cum Commercial Project in the heart of Bejai vicinity.
