Once just travel from Mangalore to Udupi
    No service road
People drive vehicles on wrong side of the Highway
    People just cross the road

Chances of accidents are high. Both Government and we are responsible.
    1. Govt for constructing unscientific Highways
2 Not following traffic rules by driving on the wrong side and wrong lane

Accident risk minimisation behaviour should be they key solution.

    1. Taking protective safety.measures seriously. While the.mobile or cell phone has gorilla glass cover, we keep the.helmetnat hand only to be worn when we see cops.

    2. Understand that highways means speeding vehicles , so keep a safe margin or distance. Most of the time ignoring this rule costs lives.

    3. Having a healthy caution to give room for others mistakes as he end is same , however the mistake , we pay with our life.

    4. Do not overtake buses or allow them to pass first.
    5. Try to drive/ ride n the left most lane. Make sure who is behind you while cutting across lanes or turning.
Do not be in a hurry while driving.

    Robert Pais,

Two wheelers are inherently dangerous as modes of transport.

Sad incident. May his soul rest in peace.

May this also be a lesson for all youngsters to ride safe.

And bus drivers. It's a lost cause. Almost all bus drivers are uncultured and uncivilised arrogant people.

What a sad state of affairs. Sigh.

My heartfelt condolences to the family. I wish there was a way to prevent this. But the Lord has willed to take His son back to Him. May his soul rest in peace and his family and friends find consolation in God's word. I'm so sorry dear family members.

Sad incident. Rip. Two wheelers are not meant for Intercity travel on state and national highway. May not be in this case, but these days people routinely travel between cities and towns on highway which is not safe at all..
