Bengaluru: Financier's murder - Wife hired contract killers for Rs 30 lac

Daijiworld Media Network - Bengaluru (SP)

Bengaluru, Apr 13: The police, who were investigating the murder of Kumar, a financier who was found murdered near Kallalli graveyard in the city on April 6 this year, have come to the conclusion that Kumar's wife, Doreen Kumar, had hired her husband's killers. Police of Baiyappanahalli station have arrested Doreen Kumar and five people who were involved with Kumar's murder.

Doreen had married Kumar 12 years back. She knew he was a rich financier and dreamed of living a luxurious life. But soon, it is said, she realized that he was a womanizer who slept with women who borrowed from him at his home. When confronted, Kumar used to deride and attack Doreen. Doreen who soon developed an aversion for husband, was waiting for an opportunity to take revenge on him. Recently she came in contact with Patrick, a rowdy sheeter, and entered into an agreement to eliminate her husband. In return, she reportedly agreed to pay Rs 30 lac to him and have relationship with him thereafter. Deputy commissioner of police, Ajay Hilori, and his team, who started investigation from scratch, soon unravelled the mystery behind Kumar's death, about which no clues were initially available.

Kumar, who was moving in his motor bike with friend, Mani, in the pillion at around 4 pm on April 6 near Kallalli graveyard was hacked to death by three persons who had arrived there in another motor bike. Cellphone calls came in handy in his investigation conducted by police inspector of Baiyappanahalli station, Ganapathi. He found that Clara was the last woman to have made a call to Kumar. She had told Kumar to come near Kallalli graveyard to talk about loan to pay school fee of her children. The killers, who knew well that Kumar always reciprocated calls made by women, waited in a deserted spot and killed Kumar there, police personnel said.

After she was taken into custody and questioned, Clara said she w as told by Patrick and his friend, Dinesh, to make the said call to Kumar during a chat at Indiranagar railway station. The police initially arrested Dinesh, and then Patrick and Avinash. All of them confessed to the crime and revealed that Doreen had hired them.

Doreen, who was awaiting a chance to finish off her husband, took assistance from Sridhar, who had raised a loan, and was a frequent visitor to her home to pay interest. As he was lured by the offer of never having to pay interest on his loan, Sridhar contacted rowdy sheeter Patrick through his friend, Prabhu, and met him near Halasur lake. After the deal was finalized, he had collected two lac rupees as advance from Doreen and handed it over to Patrick, police officials stated. The killers had assured Doreen that her link to the murder would never come into the open, but they could not keep up this assurance.

All the accused arrested are in judicial custody now.

Criminality is a real trap, generally there is no escape from there before death. Once entered to a criminal world (satanic world) more and more cruel connections (traps) will engulfs the person. After loosing the real freedom which the person was enjoying before will understand serenity of living a freedom filled world, a greatest gift to every human. Confessing and renouncing crime is another worthy option available to them, but surely at the cost of their own life. Their life is anyway at stake after entering into criminality.

The ways of nature are such that once the children are born, a man has no business to hang around the family!

This may sound against the prevailing wisdom, but the man must leave the family, and go to some far away, never-find-your-back land.

Obviously this man (like every man that loves his family) did not get the message.

So my message to the unmarried males is super simple: wait till your girlfirend turns 40 years of age, and then marry her.

Otherwise, cry as much as you want, but the world will find faults with you and not the woman.

What to say?Only tchi tchi ..thu thu.to both of them.None of them were better.Instead of marrying such womanizer ,with all of his richness, better a normal daily wager who loves his wife and never goes to another woman.Wife on her side could have diverce him, when he dont give up his habit, and go elsewhere and marry or do what she wanted.Instead she hires a killer and will a relationship with him!with a rowdy sheeter!Any other she wouldnt find?instead of him a rowdy ,her husband was a better one.Woman was blended with money ?Now all of them can live their in their VILLA Jail.marry him,you wanted it isnt it?Do you think Doreen, police would keep quite after a financier murder?Dont they have children? If any ,they will shame for you.Mother should give a good exampel to her children.May the dead soul find peace in Heaven. Both of them invited the troubles.

One more example to show how greedy and ruthless women are..yet many foolish men still prefer to call them abla naari and demonize men..majority of women today only get married for husband wealth and if they are slightly not happy they will drag the husbands to the courts and financially destroy him.

Your comment would have been absolutely right if her husband was innocent. But in this scenario it is known that her husband was a womanizer. Now tell me which women would tolerate her husband mingling around with other women for fulfilling his lust.

Yes i do understand that she should not have taken law in her hands.

Moral of the story is - ' Dont be so greedy about the money and invite trouble' Life is short, spend for yourself, enjoy life and help poor and needy where you get blessings wiping out their tears'. Money cannot get another life.

There are other legal ways to deal with womanizes husband. By arranging to kill him she herself will land in a place of no return. WILL SHE SO DUMB THAT acrime will not be investigated and facts will come out?. Shame on her for defying sacred oaths of marriage.
