Mangaluru: Marian Paradise 'Avenue' commercial complex inaugurated

Mangaluru, Apr 8: Marian Paradise 'Avenue', a beautifully designed 25,000 sq ft commercial complex off Nanthoor-Bikarnakatta road, was inaugurated on Saturday April 8.

Marian Paradise 'Avenue' is a project promoted by Marain Paradise Ventures, a partnership firm with Avalon Patrao, Arvind Shenoy, Naveen Cardoza and Ujwal D'Souza as its partners.

The new commercial complex was blessed by Fr Maxim Nazareth, Capuchin from St Anne's Friary, Bejai, Mangaluru. Lancy Patrao inaugurated the building by cutting the ribbon.

The project has been completed within a short span of 14 months. Marian Paradise 'Avenue' boasts of modern architecture with contemporary green building techniques put together to provide the best commercial experience for all type of customers. It consists of shops ranging from the 200 sq ft to 2,800 sq ft providing ample space to design customized commercial spaces.

The commercial complex consists of ground plus three floors, with three basements as ample parking space. It is backed up by generator and 1 lift providing best convenience to the shop owners and customers. The central location of the complex also makes it an ideal place for all kinds of professional services like clinics, banks, car/bike showrooms.
