Kasargod: Madrasa teacher murder - Suspects sent to police custody

Kasargod, Mar 31: Kasargod court has ordered for a five-day police custody of murder suspects of Madrasa teacher Riaz.

Residents of Kelugudde, S Ajesh(20), Nithin(19) and Akhilesh(25), the said suspects were produced in the court on Thursday, March 30.

The identity-parade for suspects was held on Wednesday. The witnesses were able to identify the suspects in the parade. Head of the investigation team, A Srinivas, submitted a request to the court seeking police custody of the suspects for additional questioning.

The suspects will be taken to different places to collect details, by the team. Investigation will also be held over conspiracy or involvement of other people in the murder.
