This decision is anoth blot in the Indian judiciary system and proves double standard.

Recently Delhi HC upheld the ban on evangelist Dr.Zakir Naik citing threat to 'national security'. It also asked the Home ministry to provide proof which based on the media trial.

Why the magistrate and Delhi HC is not asked for Sangh Parivar ban even after it proved that they belongs to the member of the organisation?
How did this terrorist obtained the explosives are not investigated?
Aftermath of Ajmer blast mainly Muslims are picked and kept them without charges and later acquitted. Who will compensate the valuable part of the life of those acquitted? Who will employ them with terror tag? Will society will expect someone with terrorist tag?
Why court has not considered the ban of Sangh parivar for creating enmity and disunity?
Is Rs10000 and Rs 5000 is the fine for the 3 death and 17 injured? Is it the value of the human being in India?
Why court is not asking for investigating for misguiding which initially circled around the terrorist organisation Lashkar-e-Taiba, based in Pakistan,?

Surprisingly all mass media has deliberately left the name of RSS with accused in its report. Is Indian mass media surrender to fear journalism?
