Kundapur: Hit by speeding bus, 26-year-old dies four days before his wedding

Kundapur, Mar 2: In a tragic incident, a young man died after a speeding bus rammed into him at Basrur here on Thursday March 2.

Deepak (26), son of Rajeev, a resident of Katkeri, died in the accident, just four days before his wedding.

A coolie worker, Deepak was walking towards his home after work on Thursday night. As he was crossing the national highway 66 at Moorakai, a speeding bus plying from Udupi smashed into him.

 

Deepak who sustained grievous injuries was rushed to hospital, but he breathed his last on the way.

Deepak's marriage was scheduled to be held on March 6. His sudden demise has left his family and his fiancee in a state of shock.

Kundapur police arrived at the spot and registered a case.

    In this case..... Please let me know how the driver has to drive????? The man was crossing the highway without any indication and bus was in way to Kundapur on the high way. Time is about more than 5 pm i.e. dark.
