Mangaluru: After success of 'Kirik Party', Rakshit Shetty engaged in four films

Mangaluru, Feb 27: Rakshit Shetty who is floating in the success of Kirik Party, has got into production of two films, besides directing another film and acting in fourth. He says that the films have unique story lines.

If all had gone well, 'Avane Sriman Narayana' film should have come on the sets before 'Kirik Party'. It was a big budget film. Therefore, it was not taken up. He has worked as editor in most of his films. He says that it is a commercial film and not historic.

The shooting of 'Avane Sriman Narayan' will start rolling in May first week. Rakshit Shetty has written the story for the film. The producers of 'Rangitaranga', 'Godhi Banna Sadharana Maikattu' and 'Kirik Party' will invest in the film.

Rakshit Shetty will then direct a film for Sudeep. This too is said to be a big budget film. The director will prepare a dream village in the name of 'Thugs of Malgudi'. They are looking for a village in Uttar Kannada for the purpose. A unique part is ready for Sudeep. Sudeep will participate in film shooting after completing the film 'Villain'.

Producer Pushkar Mallikarjun and director Hemanthkumar will together produce a film. Rakshit Shetty is named 'Bambal politician Nagaraj' in the film. The muhurtha was held recently for the comedy film.
