Bengaluru, Feb 20 : Bengaluru is in news again for the wrong reason. The year began with reports of molestation of several women during the New Year Eve celebration which made headlines across the nation, and thereafter more molestation cases were also reported, some of them even fake.

Now, another similar case has been registered in Bengaluru on an unknown person for allegedly rippng the clothes of an air hostess and misbehaving with her. A biker reportedly committed the act on February 12 at around 10.30 pm.

No arrest has been made so far, but the incident has once again put a question mark on the security of women in the city and surrounding areas.

The incident took place at HRBR Layout when the airhostess was walking along with her friend. The biker reportedly approached them, ripped her clothes and misbehaved with her. When both the airhostess and her friend raised an alarm, the biker escaped from the scene, it is said.

According to police sources, three special police teams have been formed to nab the accused.

The prime reasons for such an alarming situation being reached would definitely be a lack of spirituality among many of our families (more importance and time being devoted to materialism and social media) and falling moral standards in society in general.

Hope we realise the danger and act before it is too late. In any case, involvement of all sections of society (political class, educationists, religious leaders as well as social activists) is absolutely imperative, to inculcate spiritual and moral values in society.
