Mangalore: Maiden Show of Tulu Play ‘Kebi Pittale’ Staged at Town Hall

Mangalore, Feb 24: The maiden show of ‘Kebi Pittale,’ Tulu drama was staged at Town Hall on Sunday February 24.

It was the thirty ninth drama authored by well known Tulu dramatist, Devdas Kapikad.



Ashok Shetty, editor of ‘Namma Bhoomi’ magazine organized this drama on Sunday. Capt Ganesh Karnik, Member of Legislative Council (MLC) was the chief guest present at the occasion and graced the show.

Sadanand Shetty, chairman of Sri Devi Group of Institutions, presided over the function.

In his address, he appreciated the contribution of Devdas Kapikad to the Tulu drama.



 

Walter Nandalike, editor-in-chief of ‘daijiworld.com,’ Ashok Purohit, Annaiah Sherigar, Sharmila Kapikad and others were present on this occasion.
