Mumbai, Jan 24: Navodaya English High School convener Navodaya Kannada Seva Sangha held their 47th annual general body meeting at the new auditorium of Navodaya Junior College recently.

Jaya K Shetty, president of the Sangha set the programme in motion at 3.30 pm. Honoray chief secretary read the minutes of the 46th annual meeting. The meeting unanimously approved the report of the working committee for the year 2015-16 after discussion.

Dayanand Shetty was elected honorary chief secretary for the year 2016-17. Election officials S M Birader and Sunder V Shetty announced the names of members elected for 2016-17 working committee.

Jaya K Shetty was elected president. Keshava T Nayaka(Vice president), Dayanand S Shetty(honorary treasurer), Dayanand B Hegde(assistant treasurer), working committee members K Sanjiva Shetty, Rajendra N Shetty, Gopal A Serigar, Dinker K Uchil, Sanjiva S Poojary, Jagadish B Shetty, Sudhaker G Kanchan, Niranjan R Shetty, Gangadhar R Shetty, Prashastha S Shetty, Ramesh K Shetty, Harish D Salian, Prabhaker A Shetty and Rajesh R Hegde.
