Mumbai, Jan 24: Gurudevadatta Samsthanam Dattaguru Veeranjaneya Swamy Gurudevananda Swamy inaugurated the new building for Gananapathi Ayappa Durgadevi temple at Nerul, on Saturday, January 21.

Charishma builders executive president Sudhir V Shetty was the chief guest. MP Nalin Kumar Kateel, MLA Mandavathi Mhatre, MLA Prashanth Takur, Navi Mumbai Mayor Sudhaker Sonavane, Shilpa S Kambli, V Jayanth Sutar, MLA Sudhir B Shetty, Beltangady Bantara Sangha president Raghurama Shetty, Ithape Ravindra Uddav and others were present on the dais as guests of honour.

Chelladka Daddangadi Radhakrishna D Shetty, Seva Sangha president Kishorekumar M Shetty, vice president Damodar S Shetty, honorary chief secretary Sundara U Poojary, joint secretary Hari L Shetty, joint treasurer Rajendra Prasad Mada, building committee executive president Sanjiva N Shetty, women's wing president Indira S Shetty, trustee members Ravi R Shetty, Prakash Mahadhik, Harish N Shetty, Mahesh D Patel, Naren Bhai Patel, executive committee members Ramakrishna S Shetty, Annappa Kotekar, Surendra R Shetty, Nithyananda V Shetty, Sadashiva N Shetty, Mohandas K Rai, Megharaja S Shetty, Suresh R Shetty, Vishwanath D Shetty, Indira S Shetty and several devotees were present.

The priest and chief guests were escorted to the temple. The priest offered Arati to the deity and inaugurated the building. Hema Shetty sang a prayer song. Dayasagar Chowta compered the programme. Baba Prasad Arasa introduced the felicitated and donors. Suresh G Shetty proposed the vote of thanks.
