Mangaluru, Apr 14: The foundation stone laying ceremony for 'Lenhil Ferns', the new project by Land Trades builders was held at Kadri-Mallikatta here on Thursday April 14.
The religious rituals were performed by Kadri Shankar Bhat, and the project was blessed by Fr Derick D'Souza.
The dignitaries also launched the brochure of the project on the occasion.
Srinath Hebbar, managing director of Land Trades, land owner Allen Fernandes, corporators Bhaskar Moily, Ashok Kumar D K, former mayor Shashidhar Hegde and others were present on the occasion.
About 'Lenhil Ferns'
Lenhil Ferns comprises of ground-plus-4 storeys with 20 flats. The flats are available in 2BHK and 3BHK in floor areas ranging from 1,255 sq ft to 1,990 sq ft.
