Mangaluru: Land Trades 'Parin' commercial complex opens at Balmatta

Mangaluru, Mar 29: 'Parin', an ultra modern commercial complex promoted by city-based Land Trades Builders and Developers was inaugurated at Balmatta on Sunday, March 29.

Srinath Hebbar, MD of Land Trades extended a floral welcome to the guests.

J R Lobo, MLA of Mangalore South constituency inaugurated the complex while Sadanand Shetty, chairman of Shree Devi Education Trust lit the lamp.

Speaking after the inauguration, J R Lobo said, "All who have purchased residential apartments or commercial buildings with Land Trades are happy. Srinath Hebbar completes all the projects on time without compromising with quality. I am happy to see the city's growth. Mangaluru is better than most other cities in India in various fields.

"I want to thank all the builders who have contributed to the quick growth of the city. We cannot depend too much on foreign money, we have to make the city self-sufficient. We have to increase investement in Mangaluru, only then the youth of the city will get better jobs. I wish all the grace of god on Srinath Hebbar. May he build more such beautiful buildings in the comming years," Lobo said.

A Sadanand Shetty said, "We all know that investment in Mangaluru has increased over the years. We see many residential apartments that are purchased but remain empty. I am proud to say that Srinath Hebbar is the number one builder of Mangaluru. I know Srinath Hebbar from so many years, but even after constructing so many buildings, his humbleness has not changed. I wish him more success and strength to construct more buildings in the coming years."

Jacintha Vijaya Alfred, mayor of Mangalore City Corporation, said, "Mangaluru is a growing city. Due to the 22 years of dedicated service of Srinath Hebbar, Mangaluru city has changed tremendously. The beauty of the city has increased and new jobs have been created. May God bless Srinath Hebbar so that more buildings rise in Mangaluru."

    Dear Srinath Hebbar,

    Why cant you build a few buildings, like Mumbai Nariman Point, Or like the Gulf Corniche filling the sea and building with gardens. I am sure, lot of demand will be there including the Gulf residents of India, surely one flat I am going to book.

    Now program to build the Beach..coast..Corniche road like in the middle east..Kuwait.. London.
    Build all the river banks like
    -Nethravathi
    -Gurpur.
    -all other river banks should all be built like in Europe.
