Mangalore: LCS girls' handball team qualifies for national tourney

Mangalore, Nov 4: Twin trophies were awarded to the Lourdes central school girls team during the Handball Zonal Level tournament CBSE held recently at Kerala.

The girls teams under 14-19 categories have secured the first and second place at the Zonal Level (south) CBSE organized tournament.

The event was held at the Bhavans Vidhya Mandir.

The LCS team have also qualified for the National level CBSE handball tournament to be held at Mirjapur, Uttar Pradesh.
