Bantwal: Teenager goes missing from Kolnad

Daijiworld Media Network – Bantwal (SP)

Bantwal, Jun 7: A complaint filed in Vittal police station in the taluk has stated that a teenager from Panjarakody in Kolnad village near Vittal has gone missing.

The name of the missing youngster has been given as Fathimath Anisa (19), daughter of Abdulla Kunhi from the said village.

The family members said that the girl made use of the opportunity provided by the fact that none of the family members were present at home on June 1. Anisa reportedly left home, informing her neighbours that she would be visiting the family of her grandparents. But it was discovered later that she had not gone there.

In the complaint, brother of the missing girl has explained that his sister was wearing a white churidar with green floral print, and burkha when she left home.

She knows Kannada, Tulu, and Malayalam languages, and is 168 cm in height, he has mentioned.

May God find her safe and sound and be in the arms of her family members. I do not know what must be going on in the minds of her parents as so many things are going around in the world.

R.Bhandarkar - It is not about your poetry which I also find COOL in fact is nice and adds spice to the topics most of the time but not every time. It is about the troubled state of the parents of the girl who may not see it as a right time when only God knows what mental anguish they must be going thru’. Please try to understand. There is a place and time for everything.
Jaison - You need to sort out the confusion and mess up you seem to be in. Ordering some unknown person to “go and hep her family” and telling the whole world that you were “waiting for this day” goes to show that your muscle is at work than your brain. Try to wish good for others always and you will be blessed. Do not wait for any day for anyone. ” Every dog has it’s day” as they say sometimes. You also seem to know a lot about fingers and what people in this world like & dislike. Life is beautiful, take it easy lest one of your unequal ten fingers you spoke about may get stuck in the process.

When children are not ready to listen to their Parents or their immediate relatives, who are we to guide them or teach them a lesson? Let us hope for good so that nothing untoward incidents happened to Anisa. This is not the decease of problem of any particular community or cast. This is the social menace of recent generation due to advanced technology like cinema, social networks, college get together, Mobiles, etc etc

We Mangaloreans have a dirty habit of commenting on each and every opportunity that comes on our way without blinking even for a second. Assumptions without any basis is not healthy. We have no clue as to what really has happened to her. We have no clue as to what situation her parents are at this very minute and their mental agony. Some like to comment for the sake of commenting, some want to show their masterly over the language, some want to show off their ability to create diotic poetry. No one is bothered about her really. It is sad.

At last someone from their community is missing i was waiting for this day.till now only ours and hindu community girls were missing.
I feel sad for her parents only not for her. Same thing it happens in our community also girls elopes with other community boy and people just say love is blind but only their parents know what is eloping with some other community boy means.Right now i know at least 8 girls from our community have relationship with other community boys and their parents doesn't know at all.

And this is for who comments against this comment saying why are you bothering about other girls having relationship with other community boy. Here is answer if you have a sister or daughter what if she elopes and never sees you again in your life how you people feel when that happens in your family.
And one more thing some people who reads this comment and say may be someone from family is eloping that's why is worried to be honest with you guys this eloping thing didn't happen in my family.I am worried because it happened in christian community.
I know this news not about eloping but at the end of the day this same news will be turned into eloping thing.

Juliet madam, I guess it's too early to guess anything like that. Anyways, I feel it's really silly to comment anything like that when her parents are in agony. Hope she will be back safely
Mr. Bollu, your filmy poem sounds really funny when you and your Felllow Internet karsevaks make big hue and cry when a hindu girl elopes with muslim guys that it's a case of so called 'love jihad'. Grow up guys, don't try to catch fishes in mud water.

Mr. Anil, see I'm not against the wishes of girl. She is major and she has the right to choose her partner. And I want to remind you that we are living in a democratic country where everybody has their freedom to choose their partners. I'm just opposing the double standards of Internet karsevaks who say pyar nahi chupa saktha when a muslim girl elopes and 'love jihad' when a hindu girl elopes! Peace.
