It is heart blocking to know that Mr. Arvind Padiyar is no more, who met in a road accident. We were so close as a personal and professional friend for 12 years in three different organizations (Dabur, Ranbaxy and Plethico). O God be kind on his family and help them to bear this big loss of life of a father, a Husband, a brother, a son, a friend, a mentor and a colleague of thousands of people like me..
