HATS DOWN TO THIS INSPECTOR. YES HE HAS DONE GOOD JOB. HIS DUTY OBLIGED TO DO THIS MAY BE FOR PROMOTION. YOU HAVE HEARD RECENTLY IN NEWS BJP HAS MADE KARNATAKA TREASURY EMPTY. ASK ANY TEACHER WHETHER THEY HAVE RECEIVED SALARY FOR THE PAST 3 MONTHS.THE ANSWER WILL BE NO. IF ANYBODY DOES NOT GET SALARY FOR 1 MONTH SEE THEIR REACTION. SO WHAT I SAY TEACHERS SHOULD COME OUT FROM SCHOOL AND FIGHT FOR THEIR LEGAL RIGHT OR A LEGAL STRIKE. LET THE INSPECTOR MANAGE THE SCHOOL TILL THEY GET SALARY.
Hats off ,to the inspector,.The inspection should be done not only in Govt Schools but badly in Govt. Offices.we hear hardly good results in Govt .Schools because hardly teachers are interested in childrens improvement.so or so they get their salary pünctual.and that too not bad.in my time also was so. feel now also same I think there are some dedicated teachers who really do for students.compare the teachers in private sector, and in Govt. School.hope in future will be better.
A leasson learned to all those who have been are indulged in these kind of activity where.... future generations comes out to lead the life on their choosen way....Good work.. keep it up
Very good action by DDPI - after confirming that the H\Mistress and others were at fault, dismiss them from their posts with a big remark on their certificate - Dismissed due to dereliction of Duty -So that no other school entertains them. These kind of raids should be spontaneous without prior info to anyone not only in Govt. schools but also in other schools. The School where I went, the management were very well aware of the inspection and prepared us for it...!!Many of the Teachers are really good but many others have multiple jobs as teachers as such they give less attention to their students in the school - Their mind is always on how to get more students for tuitions. The less they teach in school, more students they get for tuitions!!!!This should be looked into by the DDPI.In our area Govt. School is looked down upon, as the teachers have no interest in teaching at all. The poor children who attend there, are happy as they do not have to study but only play. May be there are a couple of schools with exception.Since our CM is champion of poor, he should personally take interest to make the Govt. schools better with dedicated instructors employed with better emoluments.Hope those poor children will get a break to be like those of their well to do counterparts.
Good comeback, keep it up.Surprised visit to School is a good move and all teachers will alert with this. Sure with this move School & Education will improve higher level.
Positive developments of Congress administration in the State.First, Minister of Health & Fly Welfare suriprise visit to Government hospital in Bangalore few days back and now some correction in the field of education. Many more surprise visits/raids should be conducted (specially) in the Government sectors. Clean all the currupt officials and bring good name to Congress. Minister for Health and Family Welfare U T Khader in the wee hours of Wednesday.
Good. Surprised visit to School is a good move. Please suspend the inspection teams as they have to conduct surprise visits to school frequently, and check the progress of the school. But they used to visit, with advance information to the principal and when come to visit they used get good treatment from the management i.e. food, and presents etc. If they were doing their job how come some school got zero percent result. Please terminate all the teachers of those school and recruit the young and educated new one.
Now a days government teachers are sitting on hefty salaries. So strict action should be taken on lazy and unproductive teachers. More and more surprise visits to schools , hospitals and other government organizations will gradually improve status of our state and country.
A teacher's duty is to mould young minds into intelligent adults. If in-fights and hostility is practiced by them in the school itself, one can imagine what kind of youth we should expect.I appreciate the action taken. There are many teachers awaiting permanency, approve their applications and appoint young qualified lot for this noble profession. Educate today is a challenge, a wide competitive world is awaiting our wards. Those negligible old rugged turtles are unfit to guide the little minds. Suspension is not sufficient - they must be terminated altogether.
Instead of teaching A, AA, E, EE, think they were playing KHO-KHO,CHUPPA- CHUPPI, LUDO..etc.Good they got 'KHO' !
Fantastic action.Provide opportunity to the younger generation who can mold the children with values in make them better citizens.
Juliet Mascharenhas, bejaiFor the younger generation to take up charge in those Govt. schools, first Govt. has to look into enhancing emoluments including housing for those from outside the place.Without that I very much doubt, yougsters taking up responsibilities there to mould the students into better citizens.
