Yeddy needs no answers because his own misdeeds have ruined the state. CBI, Lokayukta, Criminal Court and Police are the only ones to answer him until the elections.

First of all, WHY THE GUV IS ASKED TO ADDRESS ...A SPEECH APPROVED BY THE MR. SHETTAR REGIME????
Is it Mandatory or made to do by Mr. Shettar???

Can any Financial analyst explain "TAX REVENUE IS MORE THAN DOUBLED"
Is the tax paid by the MLAs & MLCs, brought from outside of Karnataka or by common people of Karnataka???

    KANNADIGARU- KURIGALU SIR KURIGALU!!!

All these days BJP used say that Governor is a Congress Agent..

Now we want to know their honest opinion.

The Worst Govt in Karntaka no doubt it will be BJP..

Thank God its a matter of couple of months we can get rid of them.

Had the speech given by none other than HH Bhardwaj, we would have doubted the version of Governor’s Speech. We must be proud to see that our Karnataka Government’s financial position is very sound with tax revenue among the highest in the country, doubling in the last five years, “Fiscal deficit and public debt have been within the targets prescribed by the Central government and the 13th Finance Commission,’’ Bhardwaj said pointing out that tax revenues of the state have more than doubled during the last five years. Tax revenue is 10 per cent of GSDP and per capita plan expenditure is Rs 6,810/- both among the highest in the country, he said adding: Plan size has increased by two and a half times over the last five years. All those accusing BJP Government in Karnataka must open their eyes now. In spite of various Government tackling attempt by few malign BJP MLAs, Congress and JDS Party, our State still holds the record for highest Tax Revenue in the Country. Come on Congis pay some homage at least to those who went for “Paadyatra” recently. Janaab Ismail bhai, may be you have to do one more Umrah for falsely accusing BJP Government in Karnataka continuously for last five years in vain

The budget of 100 0000 crore is just a quantity not quality.Last year's budget touched that land mark but what is the spending? The accumulated non spending of budget allocations are added to new budget.Central Govt made available 13000 crore rupees for developmental projects for various department but I bet even 70% allocations might be gone back to CENTRE.Bureaucratic bottleneck followed by political uncertainty and infighting leads to curtail all developmental projects of state and CENTRE . Of course Tax collection might be upward as Karnataka has highest ratio of tax collection particularly in VAT.As infrastructure concerned like road, electricity etc the development is not up to the std.State GDP came to 50% down from 2007-8 and internal political chaos like changing CMs like shirt Change made all these mess.
Guv's joint house address is nothing but homework dictation of BJP govt.He has no right to write anything other than what Shettar asked to read.Bangalore's IT/silicon tag @ jeopardy due non competen BJP rule in BBMP(Garbage City as per international media)Therefore, allow this govt to submit temp Budget(vote-on-account)as it's validity only two months
