Dubai, Jan 16 : Among the many talented Konkani artistes hailing from Mangalore, Roshan Belman is one of the few gifted musician with a multi-talented personality. The St.Joseph’s Bethkati Belman members are proud to present Roshan Belman to the Konkani music lovers in Dubai on 10th May 2013 at Regent Palace Hotel in Karama, opposite Burjuman Centre, from 11 am to 5 pm. This event is organized as part of the annual feast of Belman parish.

Roshan Belman is a music composer, lyricist, singer and a musician. To date he has composed three romantic and one devotional album called "Mog Devaso, in Konkani. His debut album "Nashibanthlya Chedwa" broke records and struck a chord with the audience. His other albums are "Nashib Thu Muje" and “Nashib”.

His melodious Konkani songs, tunes of which are still ubiquitous, are very popular with the Konkan community. Many of his songs and compositions are a regular feature at weddings, singing competitions and Konkani events. He is credited with cajoling SP Balasubramaniam to sing his first ever hit Konkani song "Mog Mog Mog Mullyar". He has also produced Konkani video album "Nach Moga Nach".

Roshan Belman is a well known compere in and around Mangalore, and is a well-known face in the Konkani music arena. Roshan is also credited for organizing the first ever "Yaad-Konkani Antakshari", a TV show which provided a platform for numerous talented Konkani singers.

Roshan will be accompanied by his wife Heral, who is an upcoming anchor. The couple are good dancers and were runners up in the dance competition organized by Mandd Sobhann a few years back.

Both Roshan and Heral have promised to keep everyone entertained throughout the day.

The event will also feature other singers, artists, comedians and fun-filled entertainment. The event will be compered by Uttam Menezes.
