Virat Kohli Fined for RCB's Slow Over Rate

New Delhi, May 18 (IANS): Royal Challengers Bangalore captain Virat Kohli has been fined after the team maintained a slow over rate during their 21-run win over Delhi Daredevils in the Indian Premier League (IPL) at the Ferozeshah Kotla here Thursday night.

Since it was his first offence of the season under the IPL's Code of Conduct relating to minimum over-rate offences, Kohli was fined $20,000.

At the end of the match, Royal Challengers Bangalore were assessed to be two overs behind the required rate after allowances were taken into consideration.
