Konkan Sports Meet 2009,

On Friday, 20th November 2009 at Dubai Police Officers Club Stadium

Entry Form
General Information
1. Open to all Konkani speaking people and of Konkan origin.
2. Reporting time 9:00 AM, Meet begins at 10:00 AM and ends at approximately 6.00PM
3. Entry is free for track and field events but participation in Tug of War @ AED 10/- per person.
Group Events
Generation 4X100M Relay for Males & Females: Teams to be formed by organizers.
Tug of War: Voluntary Teams with 12 participants aged 14 and above, with minimum of 4 Females.
Rules
1. 20th November is the cutoff date for calculating age and if required proof should be provided.
2. Organizers reserve the right to postpone or cancel the entire meet or any event without notice due to unavoidable circumstances or refuse entry or disqualify any participant on grounds of discipline.
3. Referee’s decision will be final.
