Women Vision brings to you  Cynthia Fernandes of Dubai, a lady who has fought all odds in her own life and is today reaching out to others in need. A truly genuine person, an Unsung Hero(ine)  who reaches to everyone irrespective of caste or creed to help them in their desperate moments just as she needed help when she was in need. She has overcome her own emotional trauma and huge financial losses, and today this amazing lady reaches as many people she can in  every possible way..

Winston Churchill has rightly said "We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give."   And Cynthia  is a person who makes not her life  - but the life of others by giving her dedication, her time, her sincere concern which in today's world we rarely comea across. Everyone is mostly concerned only about themselves but here is a lady who inspite of being a salaried person herself with not a very fat salary, is also  a single parent looking after two young kids. She has painstakingly built a network of  over 1900 people, some offering help, some needing help merely by word of mouth and through the emails that she regularly sends out.

Cynthia Fernandes hails from Goa and was brought up in Mumbai. She is the only daughter of her parents Joan and Domnic Saldanha and has two brothers. Seven years ago her husband abandoned her and she was left with a huge debt to repay along with the two young children. Few days later she lost her job too, and she was broke, joblesss, penniless and she had no other option that to turn to her family and  friends for help. For few months after living on the charity and help offered by good friends she was able to clear off her loan and was able to stand on her feet.

"These were the darkest days of my life" recalls 48 year old Cynthia as she looks back  but she feels that this was her turning point and she pinned all hopes on God. It took her two long difficult years to come out of this crisis but she surrendered herself totally to Him and from that day onwards, there is no looking back. Her blessings are manifold and the joy and happiness that she gets from reaching out to others is simply unexplainable. I do this because it gives me the greatest pleasure to see a smile on heri face especially when they acknowledge their gratitude with their blessings. What more can one expect than the heavenly blessings from God above? says Cynthia

Cynthia gets all sorts of requests for a job, house, to find a suitable partner, or fora tailor etc and her social network extends to every one in need. Blood donors requests are regular appeals as well and where there is a rare blood type, she immediately gets into action and sends out email to over 1900 emails ids in her data base. But the most edifying attribute of her email network is the constant stream of requests for prayers which shows that even in dire need and desperation, people still have faith in God. In today's material world, God seems to have the second place, but the testimony of Cynthia who has undergone the worst of times, attributes that today she is what she is only because of her faith in God.

Cynthia's main  mission in life is to have the strength and the will to go on helping people irrespective of caste, colour or creed.

She also has a section called KAZAR NETWORKING wherein any one wanting or seeking for a life partner can send in their profile and she sends this out on her emailing netowrk which has been very effective..

Her special message to Daijiworld readers especially the women is " Be strong you live only once and as long as you are correct, don't get hurt please - cry if you need cry to the one and only... that is our GOD, who loves us women more than anything else. Something what i am doing is very e

Bravo Cynthia. The power of one is great.I appeal to every person who reads this to simply offer whatever they can to all needy persons who cross their path. It may be financial support, compassion, encouragement, a cheery word or even just a smile. In the end it all comes down to LOVING our fellow human beings. If each individual could do only that the world would be a much more wonderful place. God bless you Cynthia.

But after her help I have the deepest Respect and admiration. I posted a Thank You mail and i got a reply for that too... Thanks so much Cynthia... on behalf of all whom you have served.
