Mangalore: Foundation Stone Laid for Providence Builders’ ‘Abode – 2’

Mangalore, Nov 29: The foundation stone-laying ceremony relating to ‘Abode-2’ residential apartment complex, promoted by Providence Builders and Developers, was organized at Bejai here on Sunday, November 28.
The occasion was blessed by the parish priest of Merlapadav church, Fr Godfrey Saldanha. Assistant parish priest of Bejai church, Fr Anil Lobo, was also present.
Speaking on this occasion, Fr Godfrey Saldanha appreciated the efforts put in by the promoters in progress of the ‘Abode-1’ project within a short span of eight months. He wished the two young entrepreneurs involved with the project, all success not only now, but also in their future projects.
After the successful of ‘Abode-1’ project, Providence Builders and Developers have taken up ‘Abode-2’. They have informed that out of the 18 flats in this complex, 11 have already been sold out even before the foundation stone was laid, depicting the trust the people have reposed on the quality of construction of the promoters, and the locational advantage.
Promoters, Bennet Menezes and J L Saldanha were present on the occasion.
