It sounds quite interesting with all the salient features under one roof.

Please do let me know what all type of flats are there and their total areas and what is the booking rate per/sq.ft and is there any easy housing loan schemes on this.

When will be the possession and the completion date. Even would love to know what will be the covered car parking cost.
