Prof. Dr Ganesh S. Pai, Managing director of Derma-Care, Skin and Cosmetology Centre has been invited as faculty guest speakerto Scars II– The 2nd international scar treatment conference on March 21-22, 2018 in Tel Aviv, Israel to give a guest lectures on “The PIT-Stop Managing scars with Er: YAG and Erbium Glass lasers in type V skin” and "Same patients, different protocols".

Last year conference was exceptionally well-attended with participants and worldwide known speakers in the field of scar remodeling and prevention. 

It is estimated that every year approximately 15 million people – children and adults - develop abnormal scars after trauma, surgeries or diseases. These scars require intervention due to aesthetic considerations or functional impairment.

The focus of the 2nd conference would be the multidisciplinary treatment of scars. During the two-day conference, top speakers from the, US, Europe, Asia and Israel will share their knowledge and expertise. The program will include prompt Keynote presentations, Oral talks, Parallel practical workshops, Poster presentations and Exhibitions.    Dr. Pai will speak on innovative methods of treating scars.
