Udupi: Yamaha inaugurates Karnataka's second largest showroom

Udupi, Mar 20: In a proud moment for the district, Yamaha Motor India Private Limited's second biggest showroom was open for public. District in-charge Minister Pramod Madhwaraj inaugurated Udupi Motors' authorised Yamaha dealership outlet near Gundibail here on Sunday, March 19.
The new showroom has been designed to provide a complete gamut of Yamaha's offerings and exhibit an entire range of bikes and scooters from Yamaha including all of its latest offerings.
Addressing the gathering, district in-charge minister Pramod Madhwaraj said, "With this showroom, another feather has been added to the cap of this fast growing city. Threes sectors are important to strengthen a city, namely education, health and banking. Udupi is consistently bagging the third place in SSLC examinations in the state and Udupi’s health index shows that we are good enough in health as per the European and American standard. Udupi, Dakshina Kannada and Bengaluru city (Urban) are the three which have 100 per cent developed village panchayats".
He also said, "This city has everything. New exclusive showrooms are being inaugurated almost every day. That reflects the purchasing power of people in Udupi. The service and facilities at the showroom are commendable. It is one of the best offered for customers".
Ratheesh S Nair, zonal president, Yamaha Motor India Sales Pvt Ltd who inaugurated the service facility, "The new dealership has been opened with an aim of meeting the growing demand for two wheelers in Karnataka and South Zone. Connecting with customers in new areas and new markets has been the company's ongoing endeavour. Yamaha continues to grow with a surge this year by massive expansion in its network to reach out to new customers with its exciting product line up. Karnataka is a significant market for Yamaha and the launch of new dealership in Udupi will only support to fortify its position. It will definitely help Yamaha in reaching out to more potential customers in the state as well as the entire region".
Meanwhile, the selection area was inaugurated by former MLA Raghupati Bhat and the spares facility section was declared open by regional service manager Anderson.

The new dealership in Udupi is in line with Yamaha's focus to strengthen its foothold in key markets. The showroom is fully-equipped with 3S - Sales, Service and Spare parts which will facilitate customers and also support the overall marketing strategy for the region.
Earlier, Titus Suares and the partners welcomed the guest on the dais with bouquets. Prof Dr Vincent Alva compered the programme.
