Recipes - Biscuit Delite

Ingredients:

1/2 ltr milk
8-10 marie biscuits
150 gms. butter khari biscuits/ plain khari biscuits
2 tbsp sugar
2 drops of vanilla essence
5 tbsp.chocolate syrup
3 tbsp. mixed dry nuts
2 tbsp. ghee

Method:

Warm milk, adding sugar & vanilla essence. Stir until sugar is dissolved.  Take a glass bowl. Spread 1 -2 tbsp. of chocolate syrup evenly on the inner surface of the bowl. Crush marie busicuits and spread them. Crush kharie busicuis and spread evenly over the marie busicuit layer. Pour the warm milk over the busicuit layer. Heat ghee and fry the dry nuts until light brown. Spread the fried nuts along with ghee/oil over the buiscuit/milk mixture. Spread/squeeze the remaining chocolate syrup on the top in the desired design. Serve warm or chilled.

Editor's note: Adjust sugar & chocolate syrup as per your taste.
