In Mangalore to apply for fish before frying they make "MeetMirsang" (salt\chiily paste)
Can someone detail the method and quantity of each ingredient used for preparing this?

I want to make say half kilo of that and store it instead of making every time.

Dear Lissi,USA,voikar is flatules, like gas filling in Abdomen, due to onion ,Pulses beans etc.then you use Hing(asoefetida).karai is due to eating heavy oiled Food stuffs like dryfish such as shark, bamboo shoots, hot pickels.due to hot pickels kidney has to putout extra pungent stuffs salt, body suffers and you too.relief is with more green vegetables, salat, drink more fluids.(you can call it lack of fluids, digesting slowly).

Instead of lemon Juice try vinegar, also u can add some Inng, specially fish like Mackerels, King fish, any fish that is kerai (vayker) for u, (can some one translate this word, kerai,) sorry about this, for fried fish I just use Bafat powder, vinegar, Ing & salt, mix well, simple, leftover u can save it in the fridge. That's the way I do it, after frying the fish, left over oil, same pan, u can fry a sliced big onion to go with the fish,on the side,I make a salad to go with it, One large red or yellow onion, thinly sliced, vinegar to taste, medium size ginger thinly sliced the smaller the better, 2 or 3 dried red peppers (if u want spicy u can add more)crushed to small pieces, I use my hand to crush & mix well, nothing like ur hand to mix it,& salt, keep it in the fridge, when the fried fish is ready to eat top it on fish, or on the side, that's the way we like it, its ur choice. If u like it enjoy!
