| Recipe -- Pepper Beef |

Ingredients:
1 Kg. Beef 2 Onions 10-12 flakes garlic 2 ”ginger 5 green chillies 1 tbsp. pepper 1 tbsp. jeera ½ tsp. mustard ½ tsp. turmeric powder Juice of lime sized ball of tamarind Salt as per taste. 1 small potato (optional) 2 tbsp. Chopped coriander leaves
Method: Clean the beef and cut into medium size pieces. Pressure cook the beef with chopped onion ,garlic, ginger, green chillies and salt. Dry roast pepper, jeera and mustard. Powder the roasted ingredients adding turmeric powder. Mix this to the cooked meat along with tamarind juice and finely chopped potato. (optional) Cook for about 5- 10 minutes until the gravy gets thick. Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot with rice or roti.
