| Recipe -- Methi Pork |

Ingredients:
1 kg. Pork 2 –3 tsp. chilly powder 1 tsp. turmeric 1 tsp. cumin powder 2 tsp. coriander powder 1 tbsp. vinegar 6 medium onions 3 big tomatoes ½ bunch methi leaves (small ones) 2 tsp. ginger garlic paste Salt to taste 1 potato (optional)
Method:
Marinate pork in chilly powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt, vinegar & ginger garlic paste for 2-3 hours. Later add 1 cup of water, chopped onions, cubed tomatoes, potato (optional) and cook on slow flame till pork is ¾ done. Now add finely chopped methi leaves, mix well and cook till dry. Serve hot.
