kg. maida
coconut juice of 1 coconut
2 eggs
Salt to taste
Sugar to taste (optional)
Oil for frying

Knead maida with coconut juice, salt ,eggs and sugar (optional). Make small balls of this dough and role each ball spreading on a fork or clean comb. Fry in hot oil till golden brown.

If you use equal quantity of bombay rava and maida along with little butter and eggs and salt to taste. The kidyo comes crisp and tasty.

Dear Blazie,Please could you let me know if semolina/rawa is added with maida to make the kulkuls crispier? I am confused as some people add it. Coconut milk is added or butter/margerine can also be used is that right?
