| Recipe -- Kidyo ( Kulkuls ) |

|
Ingredients: ½ kg. maida coconut juice of 1 coconut 2 eggs Salt to taste Sugar to taste (optional) Oil for frying
Method: Knead maida with coconut juice, salt ,eggs and sugar (optional). Make small balls of this dough and role each ball spreading on a fork or clean comb. Fry in hot oil till golden brown.

| Dear Blazie,Please could you let me know if semolina/rawa is added with maida to make the kulkuls crispier? I am confused as some people add it. Coconut milk is added or butter/margerine can also be used is that right? |
