Isac Pereira (64), son of the late Casmir and the late Gutrude Moras, husband of Irene Mascarenhas, father of Vinod Ivar, Vivian and Vanessa, father-in-law of Lydia Jenifer, brother of the late Sr Leonita, the late Pascal, the late Severine, Fr Charles, Sebastian, John, Lilly, Jessie, Lucy and Winnie, grandfather of Izel Laurel, passed away on October 8, 2019.

Funeral cortege leaves 'Alleluia Mansion' for Holy Family Church, Meramajal, Omzoor at 2:00 pm on Friday, October 11. Public viewing from 2.45 pm to 3.45 pm, followed by Funeral Mass and burial.

I met Issac two years back and we as a troupe travelled to Mumbai to take part in Vishwa Konkani Lok Kala Utsav 'SHIGMOTSAV'. He was in the ‘Gamtam’ troupe of renowned Charles D’Souza Kulshekar. An expert Gumatt player and singer, Issac was full of energy and with his humor and interesting anecdotes made our train journey and stay in Mumbai all fun. I will miss him.
