William Gomes M D (78), those left to cherish his memory include his wife Agnes and their children Heather Gomes and her husband Mac McLaughlin, Helen Grace of Omaha, Kevin Gomes and his partner Marlene Canlas of Alexandria, VA and Hana Neibur and her husband Platt of Omaha; his grandchildren, Julia, Miles, Dominic, Penelope, Blaise, Rose, Calvin and Samuel; and his sister Cecelia Miranda, passed away on August 6, 2019.

Visitation will be 3-5 PM Sunday, August 11 at Resurrection Catholic Church followed by Rosary. Celebration Mass will be at 10:30 am, Monday, August 12 at Resurrection Catholic Church, Grand Island, NE, USA. Burial at Grand Island cemetery.

Deeply saddened to hear about the passing away of Willie. I remember our days at St Johns and the friendship that went with it.

I have heard that he was unwell for a while. May he be blessed with heavenly peace. I pray that God will give you the strength to bear his sad loss.
