Dear Dr. Pinto,
It is an excellent poem. I hope every one reads it and realizes their mistakes. A girls is to be called "Laxmi" and all should bring up their girl child by educating her, by giving her good education etc.

| Isn’t it amazing how much it changes one’s entire attitude? What’s more amazing is that as you willfully practice gratitude, it increasingly becomes habitual. After a while, looking around and seeing plenty to be thankful for is just second nature. And it promotes happiness, which, to me, is a pretty important goal in life. THANKS DR,PAMELA |

Deeply touching! When will people stop female foeticide and infanticide...? It is heart rending to know that of the 12 million girls born in India, 1 million do not see their first birthday... The statistics of female foeticide is unimaginable... The answer my friend is blowing in the wind... |
